I tap into the energy field and invite your Higher Self, your Spirit Guides, and your loved one in spirit to join.  I receive specific images, colors and feelings associated with that image, which I then translate into words. I get a sense of the personality of your loved one in spirit, and also specific things only you would know about them or about yourself. This provides validation that I am connecting to your loved one.
