I then receive an image and a feeling associated with that image, which I then translate into words. During this reading I will ask your Higher Self and Spirit Guides to shift or move any unwanted or stagnant energy out of your energy field. Then the guides will choose a specific technique to work with your energy being in releasing anything no longer serving you. This will be explained at the time of the service.
